  • Archery and Fencing

    This term, the children have had the opportunity to participate in new sporting activities, Archery for KS1 and Archery and Fencing for KS2. Last week KS1 had a really enjoyable session which was repeated this week with two of the Y3/4 classes. The rest of KS2 will have a chance to try these new sports over the next two weeks.

     

    Many thanks to Premier Sport for providing our children with this opportunity.

    Following recent class elections, the new Pupil Council was introduced to the school during morning assembly.

    The Chair of the Pupil Council is Jonny (Y6) and the Vice Chair will be elected, at the first meeting, by the class representatives.

    The first draw of the Book-O-Club took place this morning in Assembly. The winners were as follows:

     

    £20.00 Book Voucher - Annabel M

    Bookmarks: Jacob C, Beth D, Gizelle A.

     

    Last year, the Book-O-Club raised £800 which was used to purchase new books for our library. For more information on how to join, please see our Parents' Association page on the Community Menu.
