I was appointed as a Foundation Governor in March 2017. I live in Princes Risborough with my wife, Vicki, and our two boys Oliver and Xander, who both attended St John’s.

I spent nearly twenty years as an Officer in the Royal Engineers. The latter years of my military career was spent at the RAF Headquarters just down the road. I retired from the military in April 2014 and moved into the public sector working in support of blue light emergency services with a number of different Police and Crime Commissioners. More recently I moved across into the education sector and work as a Bursar/Director of Finance and Operations in schools.

I have gained a great deal of experience in a range of areas, such as accountability & governance, assurance, estates management, health & safety, performance management and strategic planning; which I hope will be useful to the school.
