Welcome
Welcome to St John's!
At St John's, we work to enable all children to achieve their full potential within our Christian family. We nurture individuality - providing challenge, developing self-esteem and promoting care and respect for each other and God’s world.
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me (Philippians 4:13)
St John’s is a Church of England Primary School, located in the South Buckinghamshire village of Lacey Green. The school is at the heart of the community and plays a central role providing a high quality education for its pupils. We are linked to St John’s Church set opposite the school and this underpins our strong Christian ethos from which to carry out our vision: Nurturing Potential within a Christian Ethos. In February 2018, St John’s became a member of the Oxford Diocesan Bucks School Trust (ODBST), a multi academy trust.
Through our gospel values, we aim to enable all pupils to achieve their full potential within our Christian family. In addition to striving for academic excellence, the school actively participates in sporting, cultural and musical events to give the pupils a wide range of opportunities. St John’s pupils are known for being articulate, independent young people ready to embrace the challenges of life in modern Britain.
The school benefits from being supported by a strong and proactive governing body and a dynamic Parents Association. Our website aims to give you a taster of the school, as well as providing regular updated information for both parents and pupils.
We hope that you enjoy your visit to our website, and that you find any information you are looking for. Please feel free to contact the school direct with any queries you may have.
Thank you for visiting.
